The Workflow Manager starts by displaying the Workplace window by default. You can return to Workplace from the Go menu, the Shortcut Bar, or the Folder List.

Workplace serves as a visual organizer that helps you manage your workload. It displays a customizable web page that may present a calendar, task lists, backlogs, metrics, etc. The choice of web page is set from the User Manager.

When you double-click an item in one of the lists, Workflow Manager opens the item in the appropriate view so you can resume your work. The Workplace view shows only your own work unless you have been assigned the privilege of viewing the work requests and designs of other users.
